[text] @goddess of death
Greetings everyone. I am contacting you on behalf of Nicholas D. Wolfwood (user name: punisher).
He recently made a post offering his services as a priest to those who wish to confess their sins. While admirable, the payment he asks in return for such a service is unacceptable. Normally he should be chastised for such behavior, however the money he hopes to earn through his service is to be used for a noble cause: helping the orphaned children of this world. I believe this cause to be an important one and he deserves to be commended for having decided to take it on!
Unfortunately, he lacks the confidence to ask for donations, hence his resorting to selling what should be a sacred service for money. He is convinced nobody will help him, as people typically never give anything away without the expectation of getting something back.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could reassure him that the people in this world are generous. While nothing is prepared yet to receive donations, I am sure he will feel heartened to see the kindness and benevolence we are all capable of. I will personally donate some of my own money when the time comes.
Thank you for your time.

Really?
[ That's such a kind offer, she's not sure how to react to it...! Would that be alright if they did that? N-No, that would be irresponsible! She can't steal the shrine of another god, which is basically what she'd be doing to poor Yato! And besides: ]
You are kind, but I am no goddess here. It would make no sense for me to have such a place. You should focus on what you need first, Yato.

[He doesn't want to see her talking down about herself when she's one of the sweetest and kindest people he's met here. That would just be a tragedy, really. So while she can't see it, he does a little fistpump of determination. Gonna get them a temple-shrine somehow! Time to start saving up for real!]
I's okay if you don't feel ready for such a gift, but I'd like for you to get to the point where you feel you're worthy of it. Have some confidence in yourself!
[Ironic, coming from him, but he always finds it easier to support others than himself.]

I have plenty of confidence in myself!
[ Thank goodness her nose can't grow. ]
But thank you.
This is kind and heartens me to hear you say that.

Good! Because you're awesome, you know that? You really are.
[Rarely has he made friends so quickly with another god or goddess. They usually look down on him as a no-name, shrineless upstart.]
No problem~☆ I'll say it as many times as you'd like. I can even write it in script on a wall scroll, if you'd like, that way you'll always have it to look at.

T
That will not be necessary.
[ Being called awesome by a fellow god is... I-It's a new experience, to be sure! ]
You are a very awesome god too. You would do well to remember it.

If you say so.
[It's a relatively new occurrence for him too, so much that he takes an extra few minutes before responding.]
Let's promise to both keep that in mind, especially when we're feeling down, okay? Heh.

[ Nevermind she'll be kidnapped when he'll be really feeling down next month, but details. ]
