For those who do not know, several Outsiders have vanished into rifts. The first was Ereshkigal, during the kaiju battle in Egypt. As far as I know, no contact has been established.

Since then, three other Outsiders have also vanished: Ratio, Godzilla, Tsurumaru. I have been investigating but coming up mostly short.

There were no witnesses for Ratio's disappearance, but Nyuu and Hayakawa have confirmed that a rift opened and took both Godzilla and Tsurumaru. Only they were taken, despite not being alone at the time.

I may have a clue as to who is next.

I do not wish to cause panic or alarm, and I am not sure what can be done to prevent anyone else from being taken. I will bring these findings to LILITH as well.

During the mission in Egypt, we were inserted into the dreams and memories of other Outsiders. I saw one of Ereshkigal's. In this memory, she was speaking with several other Outsiders. Seven to be exact. Among them were Ratio, Godzilla, and Tsurumaru.

The other four were Yzak, Hiyori, Kabru, and Silco.

Kabru is already gone, though his name is gone from the network, a glitch. Those taken by the rifts are still listed, but unable to be contacted.

I would encourage those others in then memory to not be alone until this is solved.

did you get any sense of what she might have been feeling during this memory?
i realize that's an invasive thing to ask, but it might be important.

Sadness. Loneliness. Envy.

She is a goddess of death. Her life is not easy.

i guess it makes sense then.

[ Both why she didn't think she was deserving of love and... well, someone has to say the quiet implied part out loud, right? So: ]

say the worst has happened and ereshkigal-san was... changed after falling into the rift, an altered state of mind with those feelings could be reason enough to go after those she was envious of.
i really hope that isn't the case... but i understand your concern.

We know the rift has profound effects on living beings even outside of it. Now a goddess has been trapped inside. I can't even fathom what might have occurred in there.

it's almost too frightening to consider.
hopefully we're wrong and perhaps her being a goddess helps her in some way.
but just in case, we should be bracing ourselves for the worst and come up with a plan to deal with that.

If anyone would have the best chance of survival in there, it's a goddess. The others, though...]

we were all chosen by LILITH for a reason, right?
surely not all hope is lost for them either.

They're all tough and capable, that's for sure. But it's so uncertain what we're dealing with on the other side of those rifts. We've seen what happens to those who get to close to them even on this side.

This doesn't mean I am giving up on them. Not by a long shot. They are not lost causes yet.

but if that proves to be correct, there will be even more people to worry about...

Yes. There is some good evidence towards that as well. Though, Tsurumaru and Hiyori have never had KO or top hits, that doesn't mean either of them didn't do something to boost others in battle.

It was a very long time ago now, but I am also among the ranks of top hitters.
